In order to be fair to all other patients eagerly waiting for an early appointment due to a cancellation, we do expect patients to cancel appointments they do not intend to attend.   Patients who do not show up for their appointments (unless cancelled in time) will be invoiced for the cost of the visit.   Outstanding amounts for “no-show’s are to be paid in full prior to a following appointment.   Please attend your visit or cancel in time!   Appointments may be cancelled by phone ( or email - coming soon).   By phone:   2 hours minimum notice :  Regular visits                                      Pre-natal follow-ups. 24 hours minimum notice: Complete physicals;                                      First pre-natal physicals;                                      Immigration medicals;                                      Aviation medicals;                                      Procedures.                Email : (coming soon)   48 hours minimum notice and must be emailed on weekdays before 4:00 PM.   Email cancellations for appointments made on the first day after a weekend will only be accepted provided the email has been sent off by the Thursday prior to the start of the weekend.
