Prescriptions for chronic medications will be made out for a maximum of three months only.
 

If your prescription medications at home is about to be depleted, please book an appointment for follow up in advance. Do not wait until the last minute!
 

You may ask the receptionist about the possibility to obtain a phone-in prescription towards your pharmacy provided :
 

• You have visited the doctor for the same problem within the previous 90 days.

• Your medical condition is well controlled to acceptable standards.

PLEASE NOTE: Phone-in prescriptions are not paid for by Alberta Health. You will be asked to pay for the service with a valid credit card at the time of requesting the service.
