CANADIAN IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

• We attempt to provide applicants with appointments on the same or next day.
   

• Please arrive at least 1/2 hour early for your appointment to complete medical history forms. (Families with 3 or more applicants to be examined - one hour early.)
   

• Applicants not able to speak English must please bring along an interpreter.
   

• Please bring along 3 identical and recent passport photos. (5 passport photos if it is a family sponsored application.)
   

• Fees:      Adults & children 11 years and older:   $150.00
               Children  (5 - 10 years old)                  $125.00
               Children (younger than 5 years) :          $100.00
   

• Fees are cash payable prior to the medical examination being done.
   

• Applicants with chronic medical problems, must bring along supporting medical documents if available.
   

• After your medical examination has been completed, applicants may be sent for chest x-ray films and specified blood and urine testing (age depending)
   

• All required X-ray films , blood and urine testing must please be completed within 10 days after the medical examination.
   

• We are not allowed to provide the applicant with copies of any part of the medical report or tests done. The medical report and results of tests becomes the property of Citizenship and Immigration Canada when completed.
